The owners of the Fisker brand have released a teaser image suggesting a revised Karma may be soon be revealed.

When Fisker effectively shut down in 2013 the company was working toward an “Atlantic” down-market model not unlike how Tesla is attempting with the Model 3 due below the Model S, but the new Fisker – or rather Elux – looks to be another Karma.

Little is known about the new car – or whether the Wanxiang Group will definitely rename it “Elux” which rhymes with deluxe – but word has it various updates would be in the works.

The company has launched a new website, and included in updates are believed to be a revised battery for the only pure series plug-in hybrid car formerly sold in the U.S., and other improvements to bring the car current.
