Battery replacement cost

Honda had to replace IMA Battery under warranty, cost me nothing except time.

I was able to find good info from your blog posts.

Just returned from Honda dealer. They want $2100.00 to replace the IMA(Hybrid) battery. This is the second battery replacement. Not only do their batteries don't last, neither do their CVT transmissions. I returned to Honda 5 times to for them to repair the CVT, and it only cost me $1087.00. And the 5 trips to and from the dealer! Considering that there are cars that are getting 40 mpg and are not a HYBRID. Yes I for one will NEVER buy another HYBRID, or a HONDA again.

NOT HAPPY. 2005 HONDA HYBRID - 96K miles and battery causing problems!!

Any advice would be appreciated.
