Just purchased my 3rd FEH. Just hit 280,000 miles on my first!

I drove my latest home from the auction where I picked it up from a former government vehicle auction. I parked it for a few weeks and the battery ran dead. After a charge it now comes up with the stop safely now. I ran the codes via Forscan and came up with C1802 which eventually changed to C1803. This has something to do with an electric parking brake but I don't think the FEH has one. Nothing even comes up when I Google Ford C1802 that's relevant. Any pointers would be helpful. There aren't may great hybrid mechanics in my neighborhood and I learned that the hard way dumping a few thousand into my second FEH.
