How to upgrade car radio?

Hi! I want to know more DIY and buy a new seicane android car radio to install in my 2015 Toyota Highlander. How to install it? Is it difficult? Hope get some help from here!

I have been looking up the same thing for my 17 highlander. I found one that looks amazing and sounds like it dam near plug and play. Phoenix Automotive has an android unit that looks alot like the tesla screen. Look them up. I haven't pulled the trigger yet but it is so versatile and expandable that I want to get one soon. I have the factory JBL system and it's trash!!!! It's the worst sounding factory system i owned since my 1979 buck regal. Lol.
