Air Conditioner not working on 2007 Mercury Mariner Hybrid

Hello, I have a 2007 Mercury Mariner Hybrid and my A/C is not blowing cold air. I checked the low port pressure and it came to 40 psi and high port pressure came to 100 psi on idle.
I did try searching online for a solution but I did not find anything that seemed to work.
