    Exempt Versus Non-Exempt

    The main difference between an exempt along with a non-exempt worker is whether or not the worker receives their wages like a salary without any overtime, or as hourly having the ability to earn overtime wages. The FLSA is promoting some tests to find out the way a specific position ought to be classified.
