    Racing Electric Motor & Electronic Controller/for engineers only

    Dear all,

    This is a question for expert engineers.

    I am assisting a friend of mine in preparing a business plan for some engineers. They participated to ww road cars competition and are developing:

    - electric motor that revs at 70.000 rpm and weight just 7 kg (160 hp)
    - electronic controller for e-engine with a pwm of 40 khz

    Do you know if the market can already provide this kind of components or if they are really leading edge technology? Can you please refer comparable components?
