I've long said that if Honda combined added their IMA hybrid technology to their Civic GX NGV, that would be a great, super-clean, OPEC-free combination. (From the CNBC article: "CNG has 30 percent less carbon dioxide and 97 percent less carbon monoxide than gasoline with almost no particulate matter. It’s roughly half the cost of gasoline or diesel")

Concerns people have about not finding a CGN filling station could easily be solved by Honda offering a free iPhone/smart phone app that locates CGN filling stations.
