conversion of hybrids to plug in hybrids

Does anyone have information on the cost range for converting a hybrid vehicle to a plug in hybrid vehicle?

Also, does anyone know how many hybrid vehicles undergo such conversions currently, and how much such conversions may increase over the next 5 years or so?

Has anyone heard of or done a plug in conversion for the Ford Fusion hybrid? Enginer PHEV 4KW kit is the only one that says it will work with Fusion but I haven't heard of anyone actually testing or trying it.
