A Lot Of Weight In Your Car = more gas consumption
I carry many things back and forth in my sedan (Corolla 08)
I was thinking that I tend to forget many of the items in the trunk, on the back seat, and then I end up carrying them along.
That extra weight has do make a difference on gas consumption.
What do you think?

Yeah I think the heavier a car is in general the more gas it consumes. Makes sense to me

It definitely does. But if the weight does not exceed more than the four passenger limit, then it wont do much of a change.

Yes it requires the car to work harder with the extra heavy weight it carries.

Exactly, though as masuofani said, unless the weight compares to several passengers, you'll be hardly able to notice.

Yes exactly. The extra weight has a significant affect on the fuel consumption.
