    Adding air to spare tire

    The spare tire is mounted under the car such that the valve stem is inaccessable as far as I can determine. Do I have to remove the spare tire and re-install it with the valve stem down or is there a technique for adding air that I haven't discovered yet?

    You indeed have to drop it down to add air and raise it back into place...
