Tesla chief Elon Musk will do the voice-over for his own character in a 26th-season episode of the Simpsons, titled “The Musk Who Fell To Earth.”

The news of Musk’s second appearance on the Simpsons – and the first time he speaks – was slipped by executive producer Al Jean at a Comic-Con panel, and picked up by Jalopnik.

This and the lead picture are from a former episode.

What’s the show about? The upcoming episode has Springfield billionaire Mr. Burns, a nuclear energy proponent, going bankrupt with Elon getting the cash. Sounds like a nice story for sustainable energy fans – at least some of them – right?

Musk’s first appearance in which he made no voiceover was in Beyond Blunderdome and his name “Elon Musk” is a fragrance of Ask Body Spray.

“You know you’re famous when you get featured on the Simpsons,” said a Tesla blog post of that last episode.

So, now he’s even more famous on the show that’s featured EVs before when Homer drove an Elec-Taurus and fries it when he drives it underwater.
