Honda’s compact Civic has done it again.

With sales of 66,057 units in 2014, the Honda Civic is once again Canada’s best-selling passenger car, outselling its closest competitor by more than 15,000 units.

The Honda Civic retains its position as Canada’s best-selling passenger car for the 17th consecutive year.

According to Honda Canada, this remarkable feat is a testament to the durability, quality and reliability that Canadians have come to expect from Honda and the delicate balance of safety, fuel efficiency and fun-to-drive attributes that Civic delivers, year after year.

Seventeen years is an accomplishment that the entire Honda family can be very proud of; from our over 4,000 associates in Alliston, to our regional and national staff and thousands of associates at our 231 Honda dealers across the country.”

Since 1973, more than 3.8 million Honda Civics have been manufactured by Canadians at Honda of Canada Mfg. in Alliston, Ontario and more than 1.8 million Civics have been parked in driveways across the country over the years.
