The 2018 Acura MDX Sport Hybrid has arrived at U.S. Acura dealers priced from $53,095 including destination.

For that price, buyers will land themselves in a 2018 model year MDX Sport Hybrid equipped with the ‘Technology Package’, which includes rain-sensing wipers, power folding side view mirrors, blind spot monitoring, rear cross path detection, AcuraLink with navigation, a premium 10-speaker audio system and 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, among more.

A step up to the MDX Sport Hybrid with the Advance Package will see the price rise to $59,145 including destination. With the Advance Pack, the MDX becomes a six-seater SUV, with the second row featuring a large center console in place of a center seat. The package also adds heated and ventilated front seats, second row heated seats, a heated steering wheel, second row sun shades, third row USB charge ports, LED fog lamps, auto dimming side mirrors, a surround view camera, natural wood accents, perforated leather upholstery and unique 20-inch wheels, in addition to all content featured in Technology Package models.

New standard equipment on the MDX Sport hybrid for 2018 includes a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with faster response times, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and lane keep assist, adaptive cruise, road departure mitigation and collision mitigation braking. There’s also two new exterior colors on offer: Basque Red Pearl II for Technology Package models and San Marino Red for Advance models.

The MDX Sport Hybrid’s 3.0-liter VTEC V6 and three-motor hybrid drivetrain remain unchanged for 2018, producing a peak output of 321 horsepower and 289 pounds-feet of torque. Acura’s Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system also returns in the hybrid crossover.
