What a company,what a vehicle!
The future is here and it is called TOYOTA. Love my Prius!
I would have strongly considered buying the GM Volt as I told GM several months ago. Somebody give GM the phone number for Energy Conversion Devices. The technologies are here and ready for application.
Nickel Metal Hydride batteries are working in thousands of Hybrids and will continue to work. They are also the only battery that can safely be disposed of at the local landfill and can also be re-cycled for the valuable rare earth element metals. No car company is going to risk selling Lithium batteries with the risk of thermal runaway or them starting on fire in landfills 10,20,30 years from now!!!

Looks like Toyota is starting to work even harder at moving the Prius. They have dropped their pricing by ~$1,000 and you can now configure and order your car more easily. Too bad I had to go with whatever the local dealer had on the lot when I bought 2 months ago. I love the car though. You Go Toyota!

Toyota Camry Hybrid is number #1 with all my Dogfriends. I can lay on the dash or the back of the window and work on my tan. When I have an accident, The seats wipe up really easy and the car smells wonderful, like field of flowers. My dog Licks me and french kisses me everytime I'm in my Camry Hybrid.

Imagination is the heart of creativity. Yes, Ichihashi sounds silly, but as the old saying goes…”it’s better to shoot for the stars and miss than to shoot for s@*t and hit.” So far, Toyota’s ‘misses’ are pretty darn good. I don’t doubt that the technology will continue to improve, and not one minute too soon.

Toyota is a forward thinking and long term thinking company. I bought my 1st Toyota in 2000 and they will always be my 1st choice when I want to buy a vehicle. I recently bought a 2007 Highlander Hybrid and am very happy with it. I wish Toyota well. They are doing a great job.
