Toyota announced today it will release a “2014.5” model year Camry Hybrid SE Limited Edition version of its top-selling midsize sedan.
It truly will be limited, as the automaker says just 5,000 units will be produced beginning this month through June.
The 40-mpg hybrid is based on the existing Camry Hybrid’s 200-horsepower HSD powertrain and adds exterior and interior uniqueness.
The Camry SE gets a slight distnguisihment in front fascia, headlights, side rockers, rear valance, rear bumper, and rear spoiler
It rides on 17-inch wheels with low profile tires to give it a more bold appearance.
Inside, the Hybrid SE’s gets a four-spoke, leather-trimmed steering wheel, silver interior trim, instrument panel, updated center stack trim, and front and rear seats from the Camry SE grade.
Asking price is $27,845 and the car is available later this month.
Toyota is also offering a $2,215 upgrade package with moonroof plus Display Audio with Navigation and Entune Apps Suite.
