What, you want a copy of their patent application?? Induction motors have been around from the beginning, so there is not going to be too much news that’s exciting. Now it’s just a matter of refinement to increase efficiency, reduce weight, eliminate the need for scarce materials, reduce construction costs, increase recyclability and so forth.

Good for Toyota. The less they have to depend on China the better. Plus, if this means more efficient and durable motors for vehicles that’s great for consumers. Chevy Volt what? haha..
