Toyota Highlander Hybrid

I got this SVU today and it's been running fine all day until I brought it home tonight and started exploring some of the systems while sitting in the garage. I was hitting the eco and ev buttons, I explored some of the nav screen options, turned on seat heating, etc etc just trying to get to know my new car. During this process it started having what seemed to be power issues, I think particularly when I was hitting the eco and ev buttons. The nav screen kept flashing every ten seconds, and eventually I turned it off and could not get it to come back on.

My damn Hybrid won't start. I uploaded a video of me trying to jump it and it won't do anything close to starting.

I need some help with making a choice about a new vehicle. I am a stay at home mom who drives very short distances- about 1,2000 miles every 6 months. I am in need of a new vehicle. I would like to buy the Highlander Hybrid simply because I need the larger vehicle, but want to be green. I can't justify the price difference to my husband, since I use so little gas to begin with. We also looked at some used highlanders, but I'm not sure the mpg on a used 2008, or 2009 would be all that better than a brand new (non-hybrid) highlander.

My car is on its fourth auxillary battery at 13,000 miles. The dealer says my batteries keep failing because I don't drive my car enough to keep it charged (10 to 15 miles every two days). I find this excuse to be ridiculous. If we have to drive our cars every day to keep the battery from dying, then how do we go on a two-week business trip or vacation? If the dealer is correct, wouldn't that mean the dealer has to drive every single hybrid car on his lot every single day before he sells it?

Hi,
I need some help please.
I want to buy highlander 2008
But a lot of people warn me that
This car have an electronic piece (with IC's)
Which damage when driving from sea level
Where I work to mountain where I am living
and it is very expensive.
Is this true ???

another thing please

if any part of highlander damage or need to replacement could i use parts from LEXUS or TOYOTA PARADO

Thanks for all

I would like to get a toy model of my vehicle. Any vendor have a wide range of toy vehicles?

just wondering if anyone here has any experience towing a boat with the HH-i'm not concerned about my 06 HH being able to pull the boat (it only weighs 800lbs)-i was wondering ore about the launching & recovery of the boat on a slick boat ramp-any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!thanks-

The spare tire is mounted under the car such that the valve stem is inaccessable as far as I can determine. Do I have to remove the spare tire and re-install it with the valve stem down or is there a technique for adding air that I haven't discovered yet?

Anyone found out what the top end is to a HH? Had my 06 up to 110 mph briefly. No urge to try to go any faster. Usually cruse at at 62 and now starting to see adverage (about 18k miles on the car) on highway of 26-28 mpg in the summer on the longer runs.
