First off, this subforum still does NOT list NG even though it list hydrogen. Unlike H2, NG vehicles have been sold (esp fleet sales), and has NG been pumped around the nation for YEARS. It deserves a listing.

That brings up a related topic: everyone has heard the concerns about the ability of our electrical grid to handle a bunch of plugins suddenly coming on the market, but I've never heard anyone express concern about a bunch of NG vehicles coming on the market over the next few years and the ability of our NG pipelines to handle the increased load.

I've long said that if Honda combined added their IMA hybrid technology to their Civic GX NGV, that would be a great, super-clean, OPEC-free combination. (From the CNBC article: "CNG has 30 percent less carbon dioxide and 97 percent less carbon monoxide than gasoline with almost no particulate matter. It’s roughly half the cost of gasoline or diesel")
