Has anyone purchased a rebuilt hybrid battery from Re-In Volt? If so, what has been your experience with the company? Did you find them to be honest and reliable? Has the battery lived up to expectations?

How do I go about removing the axles from my 2006 Prius? I already have everything loose but cannot pull axles from transaxle.

I'm not sure of the situation in the USA but in Europe the tax regime is such that the Price of LPG for use as a road fuel is half that of petrol (gasoline). My company (www.mintlpg.co.uk) specialises in converting cars to run on LPG hence halving their fuel bills.
We have a customer in the London area who runs a fleet of ten Prius as taxis, all have been converted to run on LPG over a number of years. Result is very cheap environmentally friendly motoring (CO2 is reduced by a further 20%).
I purchased my 07 Prius a year ago with 60k miles on it. I do a lot of driving and when i first purchased it i would have the cruise control set at 80 and i would constantly get 55-60 mpg. 6 months ago it dropped to an average of 41mpg so i replaced the spark plugs with the same plugs that were in it and replaced the air filter. This did not help at all. I have 93k miles on the car now and my last to tanks have only averaged 31-35mpg does anyone know what has caused this and how to fix it?

For the past 6 months I've been dealing with an issue that seems to have baffled 2 Toyota dealerships. On any given day, a warning light (red triangle) appears on my dash along with this text on my GPS screen: "The transmission P lock mechanism is abnormal. Park your car at a flat place and apply parking break completely.
Hey everyone,
So i'm in the market for new tires, and i really want a set of Nokian V tires. Does anyone have any info on them? I've heard they are one of the best tires ever made for Prius owners...but i really have no idea why. I'm guessing it has something to do with gas mileage...
Also, has anyone had any experience with www.tiresbyweb.com? I know they sell Nokians (pretty much the only place i've been able to find....) but id like to hear some feedback before i place any orders.
Thanks all!
2008 Toyota Prius Black (non-smoker). One Owner, 70,000 Miles ALL HIGHWAY (actual is 68,500 and counting as I am still driving it) . Clean Car, Extended 6 year 100k mile transferable Toyota warranty (not some lame after-market). All service done at dealership. Brand New Tires (1,500 miles on them) I bought at Costco, if you are a member you can get free tire rotation and nitrogen for life. I really get 48 mpg without trying and that is highway driving. You will get more with city driving. Other 2008s are selling for over $20,000 at dealerships. Benefit form a "sell by owner".
