Nothing compared to the SX4. Great car! My friend owns a 2007 and is ready to purchase another one because he says it is the best car he has ever owned! I am 6’1″ and this car fit me extremely well! Highly recommend.

The speedometer does not have marks any more for the speeds! This is a deal breaker. I’m not going to use the control and GUESS what speed I’m setting it at. Whereas before it was perfectly balanced and totally visible through the steering wheel, now it’s cluttered, unreadable and ugly. No Japanese designer ever produced something so ugly and useless. This was the best car I ever owned and now I can’t buy a second one. PS using the cruise control and some hypermiling techniques, I get 30mpg combined and 34 highway.

That confirms my suspicion… somebody that knows how to drive a manual transmission properly should be able to beat the EPA figures and the CVT rating…

Thanks for the review… I’d never given this machine much thought before. Very cool that the AWD system is available with a manual… I figured Subaru was probably the only option for that combo in the country…
