Off road and in parks…maybe…but what 16 year old and up doesn’t have a license???

There’s no barrier to getting a license…you sign up for drivers lessons, take a test a monkey could pass and you have a license. Why risk the lives of other people by having a careless teen that can’t get a drivers license on the road with any motorized vehicle??? Makes absolutely NO sense and I doubt if any parent with half a brain would allow their children to drive it anyway.

Throwing it out for anyone without a license or instruction as a means of routine transportation is a recipe for disaster. Safer than a scooter sure but still very dangerous if not treated with respect.
