Hello.
It was the fall of 89 when i hot my first diesel fro citroen,A BX.
But been in the usa now drive the FIAT,Take that citroen.
It there some little thing about the USA or do you make all the money you need and you don't need more of it is why you refuse to let the USA have there new Citroen diesel.
If Wall mart were a Citroen car-dealership I would bet you there would have one here.
GET over IT allready and bring us a good car.

Just drove the Citroen C4 Picasso diesel for two weeks in Europe. Good acceleration, nice Navigation system, backup proximity sensor, auto folding side mirrors, 6 speed transmission, 40 mpg. Cons: No USB input on the stereo, mirrors fold when car locked (sure way to see car is left unlocked).
Drove 1975 504 for a year in 1979, didn’t have any problems with it then either.

Bring that diesel hybrid minivan OVER here and IGNORE the usual “Americans are expected to choose gasoline”..
EDUCATE the Americans and show them ridiculously good gas mileage and TRUST ME, they WILL choose the diesel.

WHY?? Why when a diesel hybrid would get much better mileage? Oh I know why, because the myth that "Americans don't like diesels is so permanently woven into our national fabric by the oil companies that NO ONE even tries to find out if it's the truth.

Well, a few years ago I visited France, and my cousin had a diesel mini-van. I’m fairly certain it was probably about the size of our so-called crossovers or like somebody said, the Mazda5. Our current mini-vans have grown to almost the size of old full-sized vans now… ugh.

@ovaere – Very nice website; Thanks for the link.
Curious to call the 3008 a minivan, or as Peugot labels it a ‘Crossover’. It is 10% taller, 6% wider, and 2% shorter than my Prius. Maybe the label is due to the fold-down rear seat and the combo hatch/tail-gate rear access.
Apparently it is targeted for short, sturdy folk: it has less headroom, but more hiproom than my car.

“The 3008 will be offered in five and seven-seat configurations, with the latter featuring a third row of fold-flat chairs.”

Regardless, it will be tight. European-style mininvan, or Mazda5 style, not like big American minivan.

A bit off topic. I thought that Peugeot-Citroen would have been a leading candidate to purchase or at least supply cars for the GM castoff Saturn. It is too late now, but I think it would have been a good idea.

Huh? MiniVan? Third row seating?
The thing looks the size and shape of a Honda Insight -or- it has 17-inch-diagonal side view mirrors.
