Ottawa’s EV Expo Is This Saturday

The Electric Vehicle Council of Ottawa, Canada, known as EVCO, is holding its annual EV Expo this Saturday, May 12.

Free and open to anyone interested by EV vehicles, the Canadian national capital EV Expo will showcase General Motors’ series hybrid VOLT Sedan, the all-electric Nissan LEAF, the parallel hybrid Toyota PRIUS, various vehicles that have been converted to run on electricity and a variety of electric bicycles.

The expo will be held on the grounds of the Canada Science and Technology Museum at 1867 St Laurent Boulevard (2.6 km South of Hwy 417). Parking is free; the site can also easily be accessed via OC Transpo’s route Greenboro – Hurdman, line 114.

Participation by EV owners is also free. The expo will be open from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m.
