Has anyone tried one of the new
aftermarket plug-in kits on a
second generation Prius, in Los Angeles?

If so:

What were the costs to install?

How are the results,
both mileage solely on electric power,
and any negative impact on car not anticipated?

Does it work at the existing electric car refueling stations around L.A.?

if you go to calcars.org they have a bunch of info on hybrid plug-ins (costs, resourses, etc).
