I imagine that a Tesla could do it quicker.
The current record is held by a Saab 96 with a 2-cycle engine.
You can push that Saab backwards, pop the clutch in a forward gear and the motor runs backwards. You could also roll forward, and start it by popping the clutch in reverse gear.
You then have 4 reverse gears, and can go full speed backwards, likely 90+ mph.
