Lexus announced it will stage the European premiere of the first-ever GS 300h this September in Frankfurt.
The GS300h will be powered by Lexus’ highly efficient 2.5L hybrid powertrain.
Positioned at the heart of the E-premium segment, Lexus said the GS 300h combines low emissions and fuel consumption with a refined, comfortable drive, and returns a very low cost of ownership.
Not much more has been revealed on the car, nor which markets will see it offered.
Still at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA), Lexus will stage the world premiere of a new concept vehicle.
The Lexus press conference is scheduled Sept. 10 at 13:00 CET on the Lexus stand, Hall 8, Frankfurt Messe.
Lexus does currently offer a hybrid version of the GS, the GS 450h (pictured).
