lol……they won’t be hitting the showrooms in that time frame for Toyota. They might, and I emphasize might be putting a few out to companies and utilities to test out, but I almost guarantee they won’t be on market for you and me by then. Listen to what Toyota’s CEO says and you will see there own plug-in is far off. (and even then, it will have minimal range and not really even full electric mode on account of it being a parallel hybrid)

If the Volt hits limited showrooms mid November 2010, Lequisha Mesha, we have about 767 days and counting. Plug-ins with less EV range but greater availability might also hit the show rooms at the same time from Toyota.

Hopefully, the Honda Insight will bring enough competition to Prius and make hybrids more affordable.

One thing Bryce and Summer we need a light shade of purple or a light pink paint job w/ the same decals now that would be cute.

The Insight maybe boring to some but for those who don't always have an extra 3-5k to shell out for a Prius its exciting. The Peugeot Prologue along with the Insight look nice. Hope other cross-over SUV hybrid types like the Peugeot Prologue get made even if it was a gaso-hybrid b/c lots of consumers like the styling of a Prologue.

Sorry Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Nissan NuVu Concept, SmartCar For Two EV it seems that those cars will never reach any real mass markets in the U.S. Just maybe those cars should come with those stickers to spice it up.
