Yet another Prius in SC

I went by Toyota of Greer (SC) to say hi and see about getting on their waiting list. "Waiting list? We have a Prius in stock."

The dealer showed me a shiny black Prius with Package # 9 plus $3,500 in "distrubutor installed options" including leather seats and Pirelli tires. In addition they added a $5000 "fair market value" adjustment. So if you gotta have a Prius, wave $34,500 infront of their face and take it home.

My guess is that you could get them to knock off $3,000.

They have another one (silver) with package 7 coming in on September 8. I offered them sticker price including all the junk distributor options. No takers. They wanted $5,000 more and might have taken something in between.
