USED 2006 HH Ltd 18K Miles with NAV- US$34K

I am a new member to this forum from Canada and trying buy used 2006 HH Limited-NAV- AWD- 18K for US$34K from USA.

Is it a good price to buy?

I don't know Toyota Canada will honor the warranty on rest of the miles.

I was reading on problems with HH in USA and comparing pros/cons, I think there are lot more positive side on HH.

I will appreciate your advice on HH Ltd.
