Upgrading stereo/GPS

The factory options for GPS and stereos in general are not matching my needs. I was looking to ugrade. Has anyone done this yet? Any concerns with regard to the HH 's electrical system as it relates to the hybrid system? Or it simply like any another aftermarket stereo upgrade.
