Wondering what sort of mileage folks are getting out of the FEH Eco-Plus tires before new sets needed?

If you keep tire pressure at or above max sidewall, their great. I've got ~47,000 miles on mine and the inside tread on two of the front have more wear from when I first discovered (~12,000 miles) the benefits of the higher pressure. The fronts will most likely need replacing in the next 10,000 miles. The rear tires look like their good for another 20,000 miles.
I would replace the Eco-Plus with Eco-Plus, but now that Ford is putting the new Michelin LRR tires on the '09, I would try those. After researching LRR tires, I would not use anything else.
I have one tire that drops 10psi in a week if I don't add air. The one tire will drop my mileage 4mpg if the pressure drops 5psi from 47mpg to 43mpg. That's about a 8.5% drop in mileage. If you average 33mpg and have a 8.5% drop in mileage, you could drop down to around 30.2mpg. There is a big change in my numbers because I use coasting in EV and other hypermiling techniques. For this reason, the drop may not be as bad if you don't use these techniques.
The reason I can't compare the Eco-Plus to any other tire is because I haven't made a change yet. The Eco-Plus LRR tires have proven to me as a great tire considering I have documented over 60mpg with them.
