Standard Prius or Touring

I am about to make a purchase and would like some information from owners. Primarily, I am concerned withMPG. Does the fact the touring edition has wider wheels make a difference in the MPG? Also, the touring package has stiffer handling. However, the dealer did not have two I could compare. Has anyone driven both and seen differences in the MPG and handling? Thanks in advance for the input.

Where I live in Colorado, it's hard to find a dealer with even ONE Prius to test, let alone the side-by-side comparison you would like to do. My new Touring is due here mid-June, and I went with it in hopes that the slightly stiffer suspension might cure some of the 'lane wandering' that some folks describe when driving in windy conditions. I've read elsewhere that there is no difference to be expected in mpg between Standard and Touring.
