Has anyone found a solution
Has anyone found a solution to this cruise problem?
I have a 2001 Civic EX, and the CC has been acting up for about 2 years. I will be driving along with the cruise engaged and suddenly it will lose speed and turn itself off. Sometimes it will start to lurch and the RPMs will be going all over the place...in those cases I immediately turn the cruise off manually because the feeling is unnerving, to say the least. I had the dealer look at it 2 years ago. They replaced the actuator but the problem persists. At 148K miles I'm not interested in wasting more money on parts/labor that won't fix the problem.
