    This is a great site.
I have a 06 HCH. I have actually two questions to post here:
1- When the battery is full, the car's acceleration is fine and it runs smoothly. BUT when the battery is empty or half empty, the car's power goes down SIGNIFICANTLY. It even does not move up an incline from stop position.
IS that normal? is it possible that they designed a car that dies if the battery is empty?? I dont think so!!
2- The battery charges/discharges too fast.

Recently, the IMA, check engine, lights came on (but I have been facing this problem even before that).

    HELP please

You've got an ailing battery, and two warning lights attesting to that, and the battery is still a warrantied item. What do you think you should do?

Actually, with the resistance Honda has been putting up in the face of mounting battery failures, maybe the answer is not that obvious, but still: take it into your dealership, and tell them what you can regarding the issues prior to the warning lights coming on as well.
