Shop to install aftermarket Prius Parts

Does anyone know a reputable shop that would install mud flaps and door edge guards available after market for the Prius'? I inquired from a local Toyota Dealer and not only do they not have such parts available, but they will not install them if I aquire them myself.

I live in the Covina, California area (91724)
