Reasonable price on a Hihy ltd no nav?

I was quoted 34,600 by two different dealers in my area. They will also charge a $200 doc prep fee. This is BEFORE incentives. Sounds to me like they are pricing below invoice, and it's certainly below the Edmunds TMV price. This is in the Boston area.

Any thoughts on this? There does not seem to be any more room and with the TMV, this seems like it's very reasonable.

MSRP for a basic Ltd model is approx. $34.7K Dealer invoice is $2-$3K less (before incentives). You should be able to make a deal below $34K, but may need to travel to do so.
