I wonder if there is any health effect from the magnetic fields of the hybrid cars batteries. Have anyone look into this topic? Please state your experience.

There was a thread regarding EMF around hybrids on this site previously. According to one of the replies, they said that the EMF was very low, much lower than your average household fuse/curcuit braker box.

Hi...
I checked with the Washington State EPA and being a Govt. agency, they have several Prius autos in their inventory. The person I spoke to did not have any technical data to offer, but did say that the shielding provide on the high voltage wires should eleminate any EMF, otherwise you would hear noise in your radio... I am still doing more checking... Willyj
