Newbie Here?

I have just purchased the Lexus Hybrid and read in our local newspaper (UK ) that you can increase your mileage by adding extra batteryies. This has been found in the USA,. They reckon they can do 350 miles to the gallon? Has anyone heard the same and where can you get the kits from?
