Job II Release Date?

I am looking to buy a Escape FWD, however the inventory out there leaves something to be desired. A service guy from my local Ford dealership mentioned in passing that Ford would be completing Job II but did not specify a date that the cars would be available. I was wondering if anyone was aware of how I might be able to determine when Ford might be releasing Job II. I am hoping this will also impact the extra $1500 they say they are now charging OVER MSRP because of limited availability.
