Installing Heated Mirrors

I'd like to replace my mirrors -- not the casing -- with the heated mirrors available on the EX-L.

I've had this done with an Accord a few years ago, and we attached it to the defroster. It worked great.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have a good car tech guy who can do it -- I just need some instructions.

If you were to order the part from an online retailer you would likely get the instructions as well. CollegeHillsHonda or HondaPartsDeals are good places where to price and order these parts.

Alternatively, you could also buy the Canadian Parts as all Civic Hybrids have heated mirrors.

But I kinda doubt the American hybrid will have a easy plug in for the Canadian heated mirror.

But .... I guess I can find out.
