Yes, Hydrogen generators are definitely the best available technology for today.
I think that society is undergoing rapid transistion from one set of technologies to the an other. We will have to transition through this, as no one is going to dump a brand new car just to get a Hybrid.
But many are converting their cars into these "Water Hybrids" and saving money right away. It's a present help in today's troubling costs of transportation.
