Hybrid Cars outside USA (Mexico, Brazil)

Friends, I would like to know when Hydrid Cars will be available in Mexico or South America (specially in Brazil) ? If someone else has some informations please let me know ASAP.

Brazil is much more into "flex-fuel" cars than the US is into hybrid cars. (For instance, see: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5829046/) It might take a while for hybrids to catch on there.
