How about a three way hybrid?

How about an existing hybrid like an Escape Hybrid with a roof mounted Savonius Wind Turbine to drive the alternator either while driving or while parked at work faced into prevailing winds? A three pack Savonius rotor setup on the roof say 12"h X 24"w staggered with scoops to direct air currents into it. Would the extra battery charging capacity be offset by the added drag of the installation?
Or, how about the same setup on the roof of an MDI Air Car driving the compressor to rebuild the air charge of the storage tanks? Could park the car on the top level of a parking garage and get a full recharge while at work or at the casino!
