HOV Pilot Program to return to AZ?

Hello,

I've just bought a 2007 Civic Hybrid and sold my Nissan 350z (hence the username Gone Green). I'm quite happy with it however the main reason I wanted it was for HOV lane access while driving alone for my long commute to work. As I'm sure you know, the program ended in May.

My question, one that I'm sure has been broached before in this forum (forgive me for not searching), is:

Are there plans to reinstate this program and if so, when?

I cannot find anything that would say yes to this question in my searching.
