hid conversion need help

would it be ok and would it cause any problems to covert from halogen to hid, its less energy, thanks

I believe there may be some issues that require some additional research homework, particularly the choice of HID kit plays an important role.

Some folks have done it though, here's an example:

Purely my 2 cents, and sorry for playing the grumpy old guy, but I find those bright, extra white headlights very distracting when oncoming. Also, what does HID stand for: High Intensity Something?

What's kind of laughable is having to peel back fender liners to get at head light bulbs. I was kind of taken aback when I read that in the manual. Maybe once you get to them it's easier to get a grip on it?

I know with some other Hondas we've had you had a real hassle rotating the connector to remove the bulb. It's always very tight quarters, on one side or the other, hard to get a grip on. I'd usually ended up (very gently) tapping a screw driver tip on a lug of the connector to get it started rotating.
