Head Unit

Hello, everyone. Does anybody know whether or not it is possible to change out the factory stereo head unit that comes on the '08 Camry Hybrid? I'd like to put in a unit that I can control my iPod through, but the little research I've done has been inconclusive as to whether or not the car allows for such a change to be made. Thanks!
