fuse cover under dash on 2008 civic hybrid

anybody know how to drop cover on fuse box under dash. I Don't want to
force anything and break it.

If you mean the black panel underneath the dash then it should be easy. Just turn the center dial to the unlocked position and un-snap the two corners at each end of the panel.

To see the whole fuse box just lower yourself at or below the level of the fuse box.

To remove the colored lower dash panel on the driver side you have to unbolt and carefully remove the dash panel without scratching. A shop manual will show the steps in detail.
