5 billion for environment... perhaps we could see commercial fleets gain incentive to convert fleets to hybrid... ie. buslines, canada post, purolator, emergency services

If you asked me, the money would be best spent subsidizing the production of Biodiesel, so as to reduce our dependance on foreign oil.
