dodge ram hybrid

I read that didge is making limited numbers of diesel ram hybrids- basically the engine turns off at idle- only saving 15% on fuel- but its a start. my problem is I need a truck and would like the dodge. I am having trouble locating the numbers to call and people to contact for more info. Does anyone know any more than me?

Kinda like the AT-PZEV Honda Civic Hybrids, I think I heard that the Dodge Ram hybrid would only be available in a limited number of states. But which ones I am not sure of.
